Are you a 24 hour emergency service?＋
No. We work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. If something is urgent inside those hours, calling is faster than writing.
Do you cover Chinnor and Thame?＋

No. We are a domestic electrician and work in homes only.
What should I do before you arrive?＋
If a socket smells hot or looks scorched, switch that circuit off at the consumer unit and leave it off. Note which lights and sockets have stopped working; that pattern helps us find the fault faster.
