Cable routes are set at first fix, which lands between the structural work and the plasterer, so the socket plan, lighting scheme and consumer unit question all need answering before the walls close up.

We work directly with your builder rather than through you, so dates get agreed once and the programme holds. Notifiable work is certified properly, and you finish with the paperwork a buyer's solicitor will ask for years later.
