Lighting design is the difference between a room that works and a grid of downlights that flattens everything. A considered scheme separates task, ambient, feature and accent light, puts them on sensible zones and dimming, and treats the evening view through the glazing as part of the room.
We can design a scheme, specify the fittings and install it, or design it and mark up the drawings for someone else to install. Either way it needs to happen before first fix, because switch positions and ceiling points set the cabling.

Can you design without installing?＋
Yes. We can provide a marked up scheme and specification for another installer to work from.
How many downlights will I need?＋
Usually fewer than a standard plan shows. We work from task areas rather than a fixed ceiling spacing.
Can you fix flickering dimmers?＋
Often, yes. It is normally a mismatch between dimmer and driver, which we can test and correct.
When do I need to decide?＋
Before first fix. Positions and switching set the cable routes, and changing them later means chasing finished surfaces.
